In today's innovative corporate world, it's essential for companies to maintain a strong sense of unity and open communication among its employees. On September 6th, 2023, our recently held Townhall, a blend of in-person and virtual engagement, showcased the company's commitment to keeping its workforce informed, engaged, and motivated.
The people who attended physically joined us at our new site on the 7th floor of Felina Tower, Eastwood, Quezon City, while remote employees linked up virtually via Zoom, ensuring that our important core values of collaboration and togetherness were maintained.
One of the key elements of our company culture is the dedication to fostering open communication, #WeCare, between management and employees. The Townhall Meeting provided a platform for everyone to connect with leadership and discuss the company's direction. The event commenced with an inspiring opening speech from our CEO and managing director, Adam Conrad. His words not only set the tone for the meeting, but also instilled a sense of purpose and unity among our staff and management.
Brad, the general manager for People and Culture, followed with an informative presentation on the latest developments in the company's HR systems and introduced Panda – a new HR platform that focuses on improving quality monitoring, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. This emphasis on streamlining HR processes demonstrates our commitment to our core values, #WeInnovate, in making work more efficient and enjoyable for our employees.
Employee well-being is also a top priority for us at Intogreat Solutions. Sheena, the HR business partner, shared valuable insights from the most recent Wellness Week activities. These shed light on how the company is actively working to ensure the physical and mental health of its employees. Such initiatives reflect our holistic approach to employee engagement, making Intogreat not just a place to work but somewhere that wellness can thrive within a hybrid work model.
The awards and recognition segment is one of the most eagerly awaited parts of our Townhall Meetings as it highlights our commitment to valuing our workforce and is where we recognize and celebrate outstanding employees — another hallmark of Intogreat's culture. During the Townhall Meeting, on behalf of the whole Intogreat family, we proudly presented the Q3 Employee Awards. These prizes acknowledged the hard work and dedication of our employees who went above and beyond in their roles. The process was led by Tine, our operations manager, who ensured fairness and transparency in the selection process, and noted the increasing numbers that have been nominated every quarter.
