The Intogreat family came together for another milestone event – the Q1 2024 Town Hall Meeting, held on 6th March 2024 at our Philippine office. Directed by our Executive Leadership Team, this gathering marked not only a chance to reflect on our past achievements, but also served as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and collaboration.
Held in a hybrid format, we brought together employees both onsite and virtually via Zoom. Our CEO Adam Conrad launched the meeting with insights into our goals as we hit the five-year mark. With clarity and purpose, he shared the company’s new mission and vision, reminding all of us of the importance of coming together as a unified force.
Miguel Acabado, our Business Improvement Manager, took us through the promotional strategy for our Business Improvement Service, featuring process mapping services and process documentation, which gained invaluable feedback from our clients.
Matt Annear, our General Manager for Commercial Partnerships, provided valuable insights into our business expansion strategies, particularly focusing on sales growth and client engagement initiatives.
The IT team, led by Jovey Chua, reminded us of the critical importance of data security through an animated video, as well as the team’s continuous dedication to safeguarding our company’s assets as a foundation of our operational ethos.
Brad Cowling, our General Manager for People and Culture, shared updates on the Bamboo app project: Despite extensive investigation and testing, the project didn't meet operational requirements. Brad thanked the pilot groups who assisted with this project and informed everyone that we’ll be staying with Sprout Systems. We are currently working closely with them on the proposed system improvements.
Brad and Sheena, our HR Business Partner, also unveiled exciting plans and activities for employees, reinforcing our commitment to employee engagement and well-being.
We welcomed Matthew Lightfoot, our new Customer Experience Manager on the Australian executive leadership team, who flew to the Philippines for his first Town Hall with us. Also present, our new Chief Financial Officer, Danielle Wruck, who was previously our Chief Operating Officer. They led the recognition of employee awardees — an inspiring tribute to the tireless dedication and contributions of our exceptional team members. Their involvement in recognising employee achievements further emphasised our commitment to acknowledging and celebrating the contributions of every team member.
In wrapping up this quarter’s town hall meeting, awards in various categories were presented to acknowledge our deserving employees, showcasing their dedication and excellence.
