Intogreat New Site Opening and 2023 Q1 Town Hall

22 March 2023

Intogreat Solutions New Site Opening at the 7th Floor, Felina Corporate Tower

March 2023 got off to a great start for Intogreat Solutions, and we are delighted to share the events of an auspicious day with you: the opening and blessing of our new premises on the 7th Floor of the Felina Corporate Tower, Eastwood City.

The inauguration was hosted by operations manager and her co-host, Christine Sangayan and Robelyn Mendoza, attended by several distinguished guests, including PEZA NCR zone manager, Bernadette Carbonell, and PEZA representative Claire Eco, and from Felina's, Mr Lee and Joey, Dondi, the building manager, and assistant building manager, Arman, who all provided assistance for Intogreat Solutions in establishing our new site and expressed their support.

The site opening began with opening remarks from our CEO, Adam Conrad, who expressed his gratitude to everyone for joining our special event, and also delivered thanks to the dedicated members of the BOC Team under Jhenalyn Natividad, head of business optimisation, for their exceptional coordination. Intogreat Solutions’ employees were also recognised for their hard work and dedication in the successful opening of our new workspace.

After the CEO's speech, Father Andre Cambale blessed our new offices and said prayers of hope and positivity for the future. The site's blessing symbolised a new beginning for everyone at Intogreat Solutions and marked the start of an exciting chapter in the company's growth and the birth of fresh opportunities.

Following the blessing, the guests gathered round for the ceremonial ribbon-cutting, marking the official opening. Visitors and employees were then able to tour our new collaborative workspace and facilities, while enjoying the delicious aperitifs and refreshments provided by one of our trusted caterers, Hola, adding to the occasion’s festive atmosphere.

The opening ceremony was a great success, a wonderful way to kick off life in our new home, and a  reflection of the company's commitment to growth, innovation and collaboration. We look forward to the continued expansion of our business operations and providing an excellent service to our clients. Not forgetting the opportunity to forge new connections and establish and strengthen relationships inside our company.

Q1 2023 TOWN HALL MEETING

The day continued with the Q1 2023 Town Hall meeting, which was led by Adam Conrad, Danielle Wruck, Jhena Natividad, Brad Cowling, Chris Campbell, Jovey Chua and the operations managers. They discussed a broad range of topics, from upcoming activities and events to the official recognition of the exemplary dedication of Intogreat's employees.

Adam Conrad launched the session by welcoming both virtual and in-person participants. He discussed the anticipated team-building activity that would encourage collaboration, camaraderie and increased communication among employees, thus enhancing their productivity and efficiency.

Further staff engagement is on the way with the Employee Club, which will highlight the talent and skills of every member of the Intogreat team. They will join in with an array of fun and exciting activities and might also be asked to perform during major company events such as Intogreat’s Anniversary Party. Five employee clubs are planned for launch this year, and each will be given 5,000 pesos for setting up and organising amusing and engaging events.

Proven high-quality service and a commitment to hard work are the roots of the consistently high scores in our Client Engagement Survey for Foundation/Business Preparation Services. Clients have been extremely appreciative of the team's work as they keep improving business productivity and the customer experience through offshoring and business optimisation consulting. This result confirms that we provide our customers with a great experience and that we make offshoring successful for all our SME clients across a broad range of industries.

The first quarter of 2023 brought Intogreat 10 new clients. Intogreat continues to expand, welcoming newly hired leaders for our Accounting, Insurance, Customer Service and Success departments:

The next agenda item focused on the new site on the 7th floor of the Felina Corporate Tower. The offices were comprehensively covered by Jhena Natividad in one of the day’s highlights. They include new cubicles, meeting rooms, a bigger pantry, and lockers.

The session continued with Danielle Wruck revealing increased employee benefits. There will be an additional two PTOs (Paid-Time Off) bringing the total to 20; employees are encouraged to use them to support work-life balance. The Engagement Survey result followed.

Intogreat will be launching a new value-adding service for clients, which will ensure that Intogreat and client organisations will maximise employee efficiency. This includes a constant monitoring of productivity, workloads and work status via intuitive analytics; the easy management of remote/hybrid teams from any location; and greater workflow efficiency and less hands-on management through automation tools and intuitive analytics.

Sprout timesheet compliance was also on the agenda: it was noted that, as regulations and compliance regarding attendance are being strictly monitored, employees are encouraged to comply.

Jovey Chua, head of IT, provided updates on the website access audit for clients. He then shared the results of the Information Security exam conducted on January 5 for all Intogreat employees: 41 external staff failed, 63 employees were unable to take part, while 370 passed. Due to these results, it was decided to conduct additional information security awareness training in the second quarter. The goal is to sharpen employee skills in recognising and avoiding security threats.

Finally, Danielle Wruck led the always eagerly awaited part of the proceedings where recognition is given for the hard work and dedication of exceptional employees. The nominees and award winners for the past quarter were:
