Intogreat 4th Anniversary Party 2022

A night to remember! One of glamour, fun and new friendships. That’s how Intogreat celebrated their 4th anniversary on 15 July 2022, at The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Quezon City, Metro Manila Philippines.


After two years of strict pandemic protocols, Intogreat was ready to celebrate again, and this time it was their anniversary in a top-notch venue, The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan, where clients, executive directors, management, team leaders and staff got together for the party.


At exactly five in the afternoon, the registration opened for the early birds. While waiting for the event to begin officially, the guests and staff managed to start the fun inside the venue with a few drinks. Many Australian clients attended the event and got to meet their offshore staff in person for the first time, and they were happy to acknowledge the effort and dedication involved in helping their businesses to grow.


After an hour and a half, the event was formally started with the Doxology song, led by Tine and DJ from the Operations team. It was a heartfelt moment as everyone was grateful to be present at the event after years of separation because of covid and thankful for the good things that came out of the pandemic.

Opening Remarks - Adam Conrad

The event was hosted by the stunning Sarah and Anne, and before the opening remarks, the hostesses introduced entertaining numbers from Harvey and the TGG band who displayed their vocal prowess and wowed the audience with their amazing performance.


Adam Conrad, Intogreat CEO, made the opening remarks, welcoming all the staff and guests, especially clients such as The Gild Group, Verve, Rice Paper and Scissors, AB Phillips, Insurance House and special visitor from Australia . Adam spoke about the company’s achievements in making the experience GREAT for both staff and clients:


  • Implementation of a hybrid working model – in which our goal is to have a globally relevant regime that considers staff needs in alignment with the requirements of our clients and our business.
  • Mental health awareness – Free employee assistance program and mental health wellness activities to support staff needs.
  • Second cohort of graduates for the Emerging Leaders Program – a leadership scheme for our future leaders and managers.
  • Insurance Academy – a training program for our offshore insurance staff to enhance their skills in the insurance process, claims and policy cycles, specifically for AU insurance.
  • HR training courses with satisfaction scores of 90%.
  • Upgrade of internet bandwidth in the Felina office to deliver a faster internet connection and improve staff productivity.
  • Zero workplace incidents as we maintain the safety of our staff by adding security and safety guidelines in each area.
  • Facilities satisfaction rate of 78%
  • Corporate branding in every area and hallway of the office.
  • ISO Accreditation for IT - Intogreat Solutions implements a management system, certified by QAS International according to Standard ISO 27001:2013.
  • Quarterly and annual referral programs.
  • Implementation of the Applicant Tracking System


As Intogreat continues to grow through the efforts of the company, it exceeds target headcounts, increases the number of clients and the clients’ seats. The marketing team also use social media for increasing brand awareness in Manila, scoring 46% after launching on TikTok and Instagram.

Adam also proudly shared the excellent NPS survey scores for the following areas:


  • Business Preparation/Foundation – 92%
  • Client Satisfaction – 89%
  • Employee Satisfaction – 85%
  • IT support CSAT – 90%


Adam was excited to present the upcoming major projects for the fiscal year 2022-2023 that will help both clients and staff to grow and improve. These include targeting global markets to provide the best service and make the client offshoring journey an easy one:

CSR - Kanlungan ni Maria

After the presentation of the company achievements and future projects, Sarah and Anne introduced a video which featured the corporate social responsibility project headed by July Aytin, Head of Human Resources, and the chosen charity, Kanlungan ni Maria (Home for the Aged in Antipolo, Rizal). The HR team were delighted with the donations from management, executives and staff which go a long way towards helping our honorary grandparents. The anniversary festivities are not only about celebrating company successes but also to educate our staff about giving back to the community something of what we have achieved.

Fashionista Awards - Offshore staff

The event continued with the introduction of the top 10 FASHIONISTAS of the night. Many of the staff looked chic in their fashionista outfits but 10 of them stood out on the night. Here are the top 10 FASHIONISTAS who best showed off their glamourous outfits:

The cheers rang out as everyone rooted for their favourite, but the FASHIONISTA award for the most outstanding FASHIONISTAS went to Goddie and Normae who wore the most enchanting outfits of the evening.


As the fashion parade ended, there was an intermission number from Darwin and Ivy from the management team who performed an emotional Whitney Houston song.


After the song, Sarah and Anne invited everyone to the buffet area for dinner, where foods from the delicious Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan menu were available. As staff and guests enjoyed tucking into their food, they were indeed amusing themselves, but there was more going on: getting to know each other and building relationships were just as important at this event.


In line with the celebration of the 4th year anniversary, the achievements and dedication of the staff were also recognised through the I2G GREAT Awards 2022. These reward the staff who have performed well in their roles and achieved their client goals during the past 12 months. After presenting the nominees and winners, Danielle Wruck, Intogreat’s Chief Operating Officer expressed her gratitude to all the staff and guests who attended the party and to the event committee who organised Intogreat’s first live event. But wait, there’s more. A surprise dance number from the Operations Team which certainly entertained the crowd. All the team leaders, together with their manager, showed off their dance steps. But that wasn’t the end of the party, it was just about to start, and everyone was excited when it was time to dance and drink together; staff and guests busting some cool moves to the sounds of the guest DJ: DJ Rammy!


After two years in virtual mode, finally Intogreat celebrated their anniversary in a live scenario. Intogreat’s 4th anniversary was a remarkable event: a celebration of the greatness of the staff and the achievements of the company.


Congratulations to Intogreat as a whole for a job well done, and to all the nominees and winners, you deserved to be recognised for all your hard work and dedication and forever striving to improve.
